The Putnam Community Water Corporation is managed and operated by a board of elected officers from the community of Devola. Board members come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including Engineers, Accountants, Business Professionals, Craftspersons, Professional Licensed Water Operators, Business Managers, and Salespeople.

Board Meetings are open to the public and are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. on the upper level of the water building at 920 River Road. The water building is the two story red brick building west of the Devola swimming pool.
